After a devastating fire forced the former building to be demolished, Los Mariachis was rebuilt under new management. Confined to the original building footprint and foundations, the new construction mimicked the previous building shape with modern updates. The interior was retrofitted with a new commercial kitchen, point of sale kiosk and hostess stand, with open seating dining area. Site was reconfigured to increase parking and curb appeal.
